WHAT IS WHOLE CASSIA?

Whole cassia is made from dried cinnamon bark, rolled like a plow. Cinnamon tubes have different thicknesses and are classified into three main types:

Type A: thickness> 4mm, usually used to produce cinnamon powder, …

Cassia of TIEN THANH is produced from high-quality Cassia, carefully selected before processing. The stages of the production process are strictly controlled by the ISO 22000: 2018 and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system to provide clean and packaged cassia products.
